Kathryn Winning is a registered social worker with an Honours B.A. in Psychology and Sociology and a Master of Social Work Degree from University of Toronto.

She has many years of experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, families and small groups. She works with clients to identify and achieve their goals together. Her approach is holistic, client-centred,solution oriented, non-judgemental, sensible and compassionate.

Kathryn has a wealth of experience working with people from diverse ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds who experience difficulties with:

- depression - infidelity/betrayal
- anxiety - sexual abuse, incest, sexual assault
- stress - family of origin issues
- loss, grief,bereavement - early childhood trauma
